Our lesson rooms are stocked with professional Kawai acoustic pianos, electric drum kits, and amps. Even if you have multiple music students in the family, we have you covered.
2. Lessons 7 Days a Week!
We are open seven days a week and offer piano lessons, voice lessons, guitar lessons, drum lessons, violin / viola lessons, ukulele lessons and classes every day of the week.
3. Easily accessible location.
We are located conveniently between Plymouth, MN, Medina, and Maple Grove. All of our lesson rooms and class spaces have large observation windows so you can watch your child's lesson while you wait, watch on our lobby monitors, or if you prefer, you can sit in on their lesson any time you wish.
4. Worried about students being bored with music lessons? Not at Medina School of Music!
Two reasons: 1) Our teachers are fun! We pride ourselves on keeping our lessons fresh, new and engaging. 2) Our lessons rooms all have the most updated technology. Our rooms have amps for guitar lessons, recording equipment for piano lessons and voice lessons, and feel free to "Bring Your Own Device" to lessons so you and your teacher can use some of the amazing apps for music making and learning.
5. Free Recitals at a Family Friendly Location!
Every parent wants to know if their investment in music lessons at Medina School of Music is worth it. The best way to see if your child is truly progressing is by watching them perform in a recital. Many of our students choose to perform in our January and June/July recitals. Invite the whole family because unlike many other schools and studios in the Twin Cities, there is no charge for the student to participate and we do not charge admission. We choose beautiful family friendly locations for our performances.

Call, text, email us and our professional office staff will take care of you. We continually strive to have the best customer service in the Twin Cities. We staff professionals who are available at our front desk to take care of you quickly and effectively.
7. Celebrate Music Lesson Achievement with Wristbands, Certificates, and Trophies.
There is nothing better than seeing the smile on a students face when they receive their wristband or trophy for passing a fun low pressure music challenge. We license the nationwide Musical Ladder® system used by hundreds of music schools across the nation and a proven way of motivating music students. More importantly, students practice more when we have a music challenge coming up. This makes them proud, their parents proud, and their teachers proud. Everyone wins!
8. Adults and Kids are Welcome!
We offer "Full Service" lessons for adults and kids alike. Whether you are in school, home schooled, have a full time work schedule, or would like to squeeze in piano lessons, voice lessons, guitar lessons, violin / viola lessons, or drum lessons during an afternoon break from work we can accommodate.
9. Picture Day
We host a professional photographer twice a year to capture the joy of music making. Students can bring their instrument, or sit at our piano, and wear an outfit of their choosing. Who doesn't love a professional photo shoot!?!
10. Month to Month music lessons.
Medina School of Music does not require semester minimums. All students are on a month to month basis.
